International Golf and Resort Management Limited with the support of its associated partners, can support the owner with initial development concept in a way that takes into account the proposed financial structuring, the capacity of the site, the presence of supporting infrastructure and suitable access, as well as the relevant local legislation and planning requirements.
Although our preference is to assist from the initial concept phases, we are able to get involved in any stage of a development.
